Cancel your ALLBLK subscription

There are several ways to subscribe to ALLBLK, and in order to assist you in cancelling your subscription, we'll need to know where you originally created the subscription.

Please select which method you used to sign up for ALLBLK:
ALLBLK website sign-ups

If you signed up with a credit card via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. At the moment, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS and Android.

  1. Click on My ALLBLK in the top right-hand corner of the site

  2. Click on the Manage Account section

  3. Click the option to Cancel Membership on the left side of the screen

  4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking cancel ALLBLK

Apple iOS

For security and privacy reasons, Apple has set up its iOS subscriptions management and billing system so that you have full control over your in-app purchases and cancellations from within your iOS account. ALLBLK does not have access to your iOS account.

From your iOS device (iPhone or iPad):

  1. From your iOS device's home screen, tap the App Store icon.
    Within the App Store, select the Featured tab and scroll to the bottom of the Featured screen.

  2. Tap the Apple ID button. If you are not signed in, you will need to sign in to your Apple ID account (the same Apple ID you had used to purchase your ALLBLK subscription).

  3. From the main account screen, scroll down and tap Manage Subscriptions.

  4. From your Manage Subscriptions screen, choose the ALLBLK subscription.

  5. To turn off Auto-Renewal, tap ON to toggle the switch.

From your Mac or PC:

  1. Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC.

  2. Sign in from the iTunes menu, and enter your Apple ID and password when prompted (the same Apple ID you had used to purchase your ALLBLK subscription).

  3. Choose Store > View My Account.

  4. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID and password.

  5. Click View Account.

  6. From the account information screen, scroll down to the Settings section and click manage on the right of the subscriptions.

  7. From the manage subscription screen, turn off auto-renewal on the ALLBLK subscription.

  8. You'll be prompted to confirm your choice.

Google Play

Please note: Deleting the ALLBLK app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation instructions below to stop being billed.

If you signed up via Google Play through the ALLBLK Android app, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

From your computer:

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account

  2. In the left menu, click My Subscriptions.***

  3. Next to ALLBLK, select Cancel Subscription

  4. Select Cancel Subscription again to confirm

Once you have completed the steps above, you will see a message stating, “You have successfully canceled your subscription,” and you will receive an email from Google Play confirming the cancellation. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

From your Android phone:

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap the Menu icon

  3. Select Subscriptions

  4. Select ALLBLK**

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

  6. Select Cancel Subscription again to confirm.

Once you've completed the above steps, you will see a brief pop-up stating “Subscription will be canceled,” and you will receive an email from Google Play confirming the cancellation. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

*** If you don't see ALLBLK listed as one of your subscriptions, then the Google Play account that you are signed in to is not the one paying for your subscription. Please repeat the steps above while signed in to the Google Play account that is paying for the ALLBLK subscription. If you can't locate the Google Play account attached to your ALLBLK subscription, please contact Google Play for support.

Roku

Please note: Deleting the ALLBLK channel from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation instructions below to stop being billed.

  1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone

  2. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account

  3. Click on Manage your subscriptions

  4. When the “My subscriptions” page loads, find ALLBLK in the list

  5. Select Unsubscribe

Samsung Smart TV

If you subscribed via the Samsung Smart TV app, you can manage your subscription from your TV by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Samsung account. If your TV/display is a 2018-2021 model, go to Settings > General > System Manager > Samsung Account.

  2. Sign into your Samsung account

  3. If your TV/display is a 2018-2021 model, select My Account.

  4. Select Payment Info.

  5. If your TV/display is a 2019-2021 model, select Subscriptions. If your TV/display is a 2018 model, select Purchase History.

Move the focus to the subscription you want to cancel.

If you cannot find the Payment Info or Subscriptions menu after signing in, update your TV/display by going to Menu > Support > Software Update.

You can also use the Samsung Checkout website by following the steps below:

1) Visit www.samsungcheckout.com.

2) Sign in with your Samsung account.

3) Select the Subscriptions tab in the Purchase History menu.

4) Find the subscription and select unsubscribe.

If you do not get the confirmation email from us, please contact Samsung Support to ensure your billing profile has been deactivated!

Amazon Fire TV

Please note: Deleting the ALLBLK app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation instructions below to stop being billed.

When you signed up for ALLBLK with your Amazon billing information to start a subscription on your Fire TV, you can only manage the subscription on the Amazon website. To cancel your ALLBLK subscription on Amazon.com:

  1. Go to https://www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions

  2. Find the ALLBLK subscription and select 'Actions'

  3. Choose 'Edit payment information' -> 'View billing history' -> 'Cancel your subscription'

Amazon Prime Channel add-on

Please note: Deleting the ALLBLK app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation instructions below to stop being billed.

If you purchased the ALLBLK add-on channel via Amazon Prime, you will need to go into the Video Subscription settings in your Amazon Prime account to cancel your account.

The instructions are below:

  1. Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels

  2. Look under 'Prime Video Channels' to find ALLBLK

  3. Select the 'Prime Video Channels' option and confirm

Once you cancel, the renewal date in your ALLBLK Channel details becomes the end date, and you'll no longer be charged for it each month, however, you can continue to access the ALLBLK Channel through Prime Video up until the end date.

Cable add-on subscription

If you signed up with a cable provider such as Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum, or Cox, you will need to sign in to the corresponding provider to cancel your membership. ALLBLK does not have access to your third-party account. You will not be able to cancel a third-party membership directly on www.allblk.tv.
