In certain jurisdictions, ALLBLK is required to charge tax on our services in order to comply with state and local laws. The amount of tax charged is based on your billing address. Starting July 1, 2019, you may notice that your ALLBLK membership total charge includes tax if your billing address is in a taxing jurisdiction. When applicable, these taxes are collected by ALLBLK and are then remitted to the jurisdiction that is assessing the tax. The amount of tax you will be charged monthly or annually (depending on your membership plan) will appear on your Account Status page.

Please note: If you signed up for ALLBLK through a third-party platform (e.g., Roku), your taxes (if any) are managed directly by your dedicated provider. (See “Am I charged tax if I’m billed through a third-party platform?” below.)

How is the tax amount determined?

Tax rates can vary by county, city, or state, and are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly or annual charge (depending on your membership plan). These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements.

Am I charged tax if I’m billed through a third-party platform?

ALLBLK does not manage billing or taxes for accounts that originate and are billed through third-party platforms such as Roku, iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon. If you signed up for ALLBLK through a third-party platform, you will need to refer to your respective provider for tax details relevant to your account. If you’re not sure whether your membership is billed through a third-party, visit your Account Status page and check your listed payment method.
