Please note: Deleting the ALLBLK app or channel from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions below in order to stop being billed.
ALLBLK.tv sign-ups:
If you signed up with a credit card via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. At the moment, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS and Android.
- Click on My ALLBLK in the top right-hand corner of the site
- Click on the Manage Account section
- Click the option to Cancel Membership on the left side of the screen
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking cancel ALLBLK
Device sign-ups:
If you are having trouble canceling via the ALLBLK website, it’s likely that you signed up through iTunes, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon Prime's add-on subscription, in which case, see our troubleshooting instructions for each individual service below:
Cable Subscriptions:
If you signed up with a Cable Provider such as Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum, or Cox, you will need to sign in to the corresponding provider to cancel your membership. ALLBLK does not have access to your third-par account. You will not be able to cancel a third-party membership directly on www.allblk.tv.
